This evening I got a charley horse cramp in my left foot.
It absolutely curled my toes and sent aches all the way up past my ankles, and I wondered... is this a precursor to rigor mortis?
Is rigor mortis just a cramp that begins where death starts in your body and slowly cramps you up all the way? Does it hurt in that charley horse way?
Strange thoughts when I'm ill.
